The Replace dialog finds specified text the selected text object and changes it.

Different options of the Replace dialog box include:

• Find what: enter text you want to replace.
• Match whole word only: searches for whole words matching the string that you have specified, ignoring any upper case or lower case details.
• Match case: searches for the string that matches the exact characters, including upper case or lower case.
• Replace with: enter the text you wish to use instead of text which is found.
• Find Next button: finds the next occurrence of the text. Once the program finds an occurrence of the searched text, click the Find Next button to continue the same search in the rest of the document.
• Replace button: replaces the text which is found with the text in the Replace With field.
• Replace All button: replaces the text for all occurrences without waiting.
